For those who do not have the time to take their computers to a repair center, or simply want the most efficient way of getting your system repaired, we offer this wonderful service. Simply just contact us and we will send out UPS (United Parcel Service) to your door-step to pick your computer for you. We will Repair it and Return it back to you. This Charge does not include any repair or services other than pickup and delivery. $49.00 / Computer System

Onsite arrival charge, Consulting Fee or Diagnoses of Computer, Printer, Monitor. Standard Onsite Charge. (No repair, (hardware or software), included in price. This charge applies on a per day basis. If one incident requires more than one day, this charge will be billed. $25.00 & $.45 per mile

Networking of Computer to share data, internet, and printers. Peer to Peer networks only. $125.00/Computer

Networking of Computer to share data, Internet and printers. Client Server Networks. Not peer to peer. $150.00/Computer

Installation of Cat 5e or Cat 3 cable drop per foot. Includes cable and labor. Does not include switch, patch panel, wall plates or termination labor. $1.50/foot

Installation of Cat 6 cable drop per foot. Includes cable and labor. Does not include switch, patch panel, wall plates or termination labor. $2.00/foot

Certification of Cat 5 and Cat 5e Cable drop. Includes printouts of each cable and signature to verify cable meets Cat 5 or Cat 5e standards. (Signatures provided only if cable passes test) CTN is no way responsible for failing cable unless under warranty by CTN. $50.00/drop

Certification of Cat 6 Cable drop. Includes printouts of each cable and signature to verify cable meets Cat 6 standards. (Signature provided only if cable passes test) CTN is no way responsible3 for failing cables unless under warranty by CTN. $75.00/drop

Installation of fiber optic cable per foot. Includes termination of fiber optic cable. This charge is for labor only, does not include actual cost of fiber cable or fan out kits if used.
Does not include the installation of conduit/panduit. $4.00/foot

Reloading of file/print server. Includes setting up for Domain, (if desired), setting up group policies, installing Drivers, and service packs. Includes setting up less than 10 user accounts. Additional user accounts of 10 or more are an additional charge. $350.00/install

Creation of user account on any type of network. Peer to Peer or Client Server. $5.00/account

Setup of computer, includes unpacking computers, setting computer in desired location, connecting the following accessories. (Keyboard, mouse, speakers, phone lines, data lines, monitor, printer) Scanners, Camera or other equipment is subject to additional charges. Does not include any software configurations. $35.00/computer

Computer repair labor, including hardware and software, excluding networking. $75.00/hour

Network repair, including computer software and network settings. Any job that requires use of the network qualifies for this charge. All network applications all apply. $125.00/hour

Reinstall of Windows operating system, does not include additional settings such as E-mail configuration, proxy configuration, network configurations, or any other type of custom settings or configuration. Labor only, does not include actual license of the operating system. $125.00/install

Installation of one single software application of choice. Labor only, Does not include any software or licensing. This charge also does not apply to programs that require specialized settings or configurations. $25.00/Program

Network repair, including computer software and network settings. Any job that requires use of the network qualifies for this charge. All network applications all apply. $49.00/Drive

PC Tune-Up, Includes optimization of software, update of antiviral software (if applicable), the cleaning of the interior and exterior of the computer case to remove dirt. Does not include backing up, E-mail archiving, removing of any type of files, nor the guarantee that the cleaning will fix any existing issues. CTN is not responsible for any data loss during the software optimization. $75.00/computer

Setup and configuration of E-mail. User gets a choice of Outlook Express or Outlook. (Outlook configuration only available if Outlook is installed on system.) $35.00/account

Installation of New Hard Drive into system. Includes the physical mounting, Creation of one partition, and the formatting of that partition. $25.00

Download and installation of updated flash modules for BIOS updates. Waver must be signed before process begins. $99.99

The charge is for the installation of any type of PCI card into a computer system. This charge includes installation of software drivers. This charge does not apply to any specialized cards that require custom settings or configurations. $25.00 And $10.00 for additional cards.

This process creates an image of your hard disk. This image is put into one convenient file that can be accessed or restored at any time. If your drive should ever fail, no sweat, under 10 minutes, you can have it right back where it was at the ghost point. Great for XP users so you do not have to call Microsoft every time your computer has a hiccup and you have to reload.
